Based on customer's specific inspection requirement, it can detect foreign materials, scratch, damage, cut and holes.
PC programming customized by unique customer's target and its original demand.
Also we can suggest our existing already developed equipment of stencil inspection system.
It provides inspection result and inspection report and it can save and provides search for already saved result data.

Stencil is used to squeeze flux or solder paste into pattern pad SUS made sheet, or E-form sheet. This stencil needs to perfectly match with original pattern drawing so that flux adhesives exactly placed onto the PCB pattern. Any discrepancy or mis-match will results in defect PCB.
By having this inspection automation, it is efficient to help production and makes inspection easier and quicker.
